Centered on a client-service ethos, we employ evidence-based ergonomic design and eco-certified materials to deliver a green, safe, and comfortable learning environment.
Eco-conscious Design: Crafting Green Learning Environments
The desktop utilizes solid wood panels certified to stringent environmental standards, delivering superior eco-performance metrics and exceptional dimensional stability. Constructed via finger-jointing techniques, it retains natural, aesthetically pleasing grain patterns. Following multiple sanding cycles, the surface is rendered completely splinter-free, smooth, and softly radiused for enhanced safety.
We utilize waterborne eco-coatings compliant with national environmental standards. These coatings exhibit negligible formaldehyde emissions. While preserving the substrate's natural grain patterns, this approach effectively mitigates the risk of indoor air quality (IAQ) degradation caused by impeded off-gassing in poorly ventilated classrooms.
Durability: Rooted in Core Product Integrity
At its core, a product must perform. Prioritizing utility and durability, the load-bearing skeleton of our desks and chairs utilizes 60mm heavy-gauge stainless steel round tubing, reinforced by 40mm rectangular hollow sections (RHS). This configuration—featuring vertical uprights braced by horizontal cross-members—delivers an overall load-bearing capacity exceeding 100kg.
Integrated PP Components: Key elements—including book racks, chair backs, and seat pans—are manufactured using injection-molded polypropylene (PP). This one-piece construction ensures robust durability and a pleasant tactile feel, guaranteeing sustained performance throughout the product’s lifecycle.

Sustainability begins with responsible sourcing. Our scientific design approach elevates the desks' environmental credentials by ensuring enduring utility. The versatile height-adjustment system allows for a wide range of customization, enabling the desk to evolve with the student's stature. This adaptability guarantees continuous ergonomic support, securing the long-term viability of the investment.
Engineered to mirror the body’s natural profile, the chair delivers targeted lumbar support, safeguarding spinal wellness. The seating features a precision-drilled ventilation matrix to prevent heat buildup. We have also integrated subtle yet vital enhancements—such as eased edges, a discreet side hook, and self-draining book storage—each optimized to elevate the daily educational experience.
Beyond classroom furniture, we outfitted the auditoria at Yucai’s Financial City Campus. Within these two halls—comprising approximately 900 seats—our fixed auditorium seating is meticulously aligned to exemplify spatial order. Features such as retractable writing tablets and integrated cup holders significantly enhance functional convenience for attendees.
