Yizhu Hotel is a Yibin-based hotel chain serving travelers nationwide. Currently, the group operates six properties under its multi-tiered brand architecture: the upscale Yizhu Zun Collection, the premium Yizhu Xiang Collection, and the value-oriented Yizhu Hui Collection, offering a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 guest rooms. It stands as Yibin’s leading hotel chain in both scale and variety.
The Yizhu Hotel (Future Sanjiang Branch) featured in this project belongs to the prestigious "Zun" series. Upnew Furniture provided comprehensive furniture solutions—spanning public areas, dining venues, and guest rooms—along with specialized bespoke customization services.
Leveraging a footprint of over 300 rooms—including guest rooms, the all-day dining restaurant, ballroom, mahjong rooms, and offices—alongside 150+ product categories and over 20,000 sqm of customized materials, this project delivers on the hotel’s premium positioning to redefine sophisticated hospitality. With our team maintaining a dedicated on-site presence throughout the process, we meticulously refined every detail. Integrating furniture aesthetics with spatial textural harmony, we crafted an immersive light-luxury environment that balances artistic dynamism with human warmth, ultimately reshaping the elegant paradigm of urban resort living.
Public Areas – Witness the Texture
Public Areas, Anchored by a palette of muted light grey and warm gold, the space establishes an understated yet elegant foundation, brought to life through the nuanced interplay of light and shadow.
Furniture is thoughtfully curated to define the space, where the enclosed layout crafts contours that are at once crisp and graceful. This arrangement masterfully calibrates the tension between openness and intimacy—establishing a poised social proximity while carving out serene corners for solitude.
Bespoke craftsmanship is deeply embedded throughout the design. Warm wood veneers, the rhythmic layering of grid lattice, and the grounding presence of natural stone—materials drawn from nature—work in concert. Washed in ambient light, these elements resonate perfectly with the brand’s light-luxury ethos, where understated elegance reveals the meticulous artistry of high-end customization.
Dining – A Matter of Time
Responding to the functional demands of the private dining experience, the specification and coordination of textiles strictly adhere to the hotel’s brand ethos. Deep jade-green lacquered wall panels anchor the space, complemented by plush upholstered dining chairs accented with refined leather detailing. This interplay casts a sophisticated vintage patina, achieving a timeless elegance that balances aesthetic endurance with practical durability. The result is a layer of grounded vitality infused into the spatial narrative.
The curvilinear wall paneling intersects with the interplay of light and shadow, articulating a profound sense of sculptural dimensionality. Every detail withstands the closest scrutiny, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Meanwhile, warm tonal accents animate the space, subtly stimulating the appetite and infusing the setting with inviting energy.

Guest Room – A Place to Return
Stepping beyond the threshold, the clamor of the journey yields to profound tranquility. Rooted in the ethos of a "home away from home," the design sheds extraneous ornamentation in favor of warm, tactile solid wood furnishings that establish a rich foundational patina. Further softened by the liberal use of sinuous curves and softened radii, the visual language is one of fluid elegance, imbuing the space with a gentle, inviting aura.
Drawing upon the locale’s singular bamboo cadence, delicate nodal textures are articulated through contemporary craftsmanship. This approach not only echoes the region’s cultural lineage but also infuses the space with a refined Oriental grace. Warm illumination washes over the room, flowing between the raw timber and the dancing bamboo shadows, cultivating a tranquil, restorative retreat for the soul.
